Chia Hock Lai
Founding president of the Singapore FinTech Association
Chia Hock Lai is the CEO of Swicthnovate and has close to 2 decades of experience in the financial and technology industry. He has previously worked in organisations like Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) and NTUC Income. Besides being the founding president of the Singapore FinTech Association and chairman of the Token Economy Association, he is also a Fellow of the Singapore University of Social Science, member of the Banking & Finance and Fund Industry panel of Nanyang Polytechnic and advisor to start-ups. Under his leadership, the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) has grown its membership base to more than 300 corporate members, with an extensive international partnership network in more than 30 countries. In recognition for SFA's work in helping workers to re-skill and up-skill into FinTech, SFA was conferred the prestigious "Partner of Labour Movement" award by NTUC in 2018. In January 2019, SFA made history by becoming the first NTUC U Associates to become an affiliated association of NTUC. In addition, he was amongst the LinkedIn Power Profiles for Finance in 2018, for his active contribution as a key opinion leader in the professional FinTech community.
Jennifer Reynolds, MBA, ICD.D

Jennifer Reynolds is the President & CEO of the Toronto Finance International (TFI). Her 20-year career in the financial services industry has included senior roles in investment banking, venture capital, and global risk management. Jennifer is a Director on the Board of Citibank Canada, the Canada Development Investment Corporation ("CDEV"), the Board of Women’s College Hospital Foundation, and the Board of Tourism Toronto. She is also a former Member of the Ontario Venture Capital Fund Advisory Committee, former Chair of the Board of Advisors of the Microskills Business Incubator, and former Director on the Board of Studio 180. In 2015 and 2017, she was named a Women's Executive Network (WXN) Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner.
Jennifer is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Women's Leadership program, and she received her MBA from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Political Science from McGill University. Jennifer also holds the Institute of Corporate Directors Designation, ICD.D.

Trained in law and business in Canada, New York and Singapore, Franca has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1990, and in 2010, was one of the first foreign lawyers to gain full admission to the Singapore Bar. Her legal career of over 25 years encompasses 17 years of private practice, including being the Managing Partner of the Singapore office of Stikeman Elliott and a Legal Associate at Norton Rose, seven years as General Counsel for Asia Pacific for Tyco International Ltd.(a US based Fortune 500 corporation), acting as a technical advisor on regional economic integration to high levels of government in ASEAN , carrying on a mediation practice, and since 2010, being the Founder & Managing Director of the Singapore based international law firm of Consilium Law Corporation (“CLC”). CLC represents clients doing business in emerging economies, including in south-east Asia and West Africa, as well as in Canada, in diverse industries and sectors. Franca’s subject areas of legal expertise are in technology law, Fintech (blockchain/ICO’s), contracts law, corporate and commercial law, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international trade and foreign investment law, with a focus on ASEAN, Canada and West Africa.
She is on the Board of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, and in 2018 was awarded the Sovereign Medal by Canada’s Governor General for her volunteerism and leadership.

Cameron Priest is the co-founder and CEO of TradeGecko, a Powerful, seamless commerce platform that streamlines inventory and order management for modern online businesses.
